I agree with a lot of the other suggestions. Segregate new kitten in one room with toys, food, and litterbox. Do NOT place in carrier after she doesn't use the litter. I don't know if you have these in Ireland, but I have been curbing my chocolate cravings with original Fudgsicle popsicles. They have no added sugar and are 80 cals for two of them.

Absolute disconnect for me too. Truthfully, I really stay away from the success part especially. I am happy for everyone that is successful, but so envious of the rate that normal people lose that I stopped looking and commenting.

I'm 5' 10.5". My ideal goal weight would be between 165-169. I would be thrilled to hit 175. I would settle for 180 though. :)

I suggest you start logging and measuring everything you eat. It's hard to know what to change if you don't know what you are really eating.

As above. Too much junk, too many quick added calories. Start really logging and trying to cut back on all the fast food. Include more fruits and vegetables and see if you progress. Good luck!

Well I'm in the minority here. I have a Polar FT4. I bought in February. It worked great for about a month, then it started going all wacky. I work at a hospital, and my lunch time always varies, depending on how needy my patients are. Why can't you pack your lunch? I do. Buy a lunch cooler, insert a frozen pack. Fill said cooler with healthy lunch options. Keep it at your desk. Eat when time allows. :smile:

Same thing has happened to me! I have struggled to lose 19 pounds in 4 months when a couple of years ago I would have lost that in two months.
