Don't quit them entirely. I found that if I denied myself these things, I ended up going overboard on them when I caved in (and I always caved). So, for every glass of Coke, make sure you have at least 1 glass of water. (try a low cal version of Coke?) Put your dressing on the side and dip your fork in before each bite.…

Microwave a couple eggs in a coffee mug - make sure you spray the mug with the non-stick of your choosing - throw in some cheese/veggies/salsa...wrap in a tortilla/lavash and you're off!

I just got the 205 after I ran my first marathon relay and was the only member of the team without one! It's a big hunk of plastic on your wrist, but I love it! It finds the satellite quickly, seems accurate, and gives me what I need to just hit the road and run.

Reach for a glass of water first. If you're still hungry in 20 minutes, try to find a snack with protein in it like a handful of nuts (I like almonds). If you really don't want the calories, try a stick of chewing gum!
