I'm 5'2 and I would LOVE to be 100 lbs after this fat-loss phase... but after that, when I start focusing on building muscle, I doubt I'll care what the scale says as long as my bodyfat percentage and appearance is where I want it to be :)

Lbetancourt- Demi Moore!
-
Xonikitashafferxo- judging by your profile pic- a brunette Ashley Tisdale, maybe? I'm not familiar with a lot of celebrities.

In no particular order: 1. Greek yogurt (either flavored, or plain with cinnamon and berries) or cottage cheese 2. Peanut butter on rice cakes 3. Babybell light cheese wedges or light string cheese 4. Coffee creamed and sweetened with protein powder 5. Homemade protein bars

Kashi Go Lean with cinnamon and blueberries :D

I don't have "hourglass" genetics, so unfortunately it doesn't matter if it's "in" or not, I'll never have it.

From what I've read about carb cycling, you can do high-carb one day, medium/low-carb the second day, and low/no-carb the third day, then repeat for a couple weeks. I also read that it's not a good idea to keep this cycle going for more than 2 weeks at a time. I wish I knew more facts about it though.

My biggest challenge is doing this the healthy way without eating disorder relapses.
-
128 at 5'1. I've never been overweight but that's the closest I've ever been. I had binge eating disorder :(
-
I don't care if it effects my weight. Personally, I never eat after 8 pm because if I do, I can't get to sleep or stay asleep well, and in the morning my stomach feels very full and uncomfortable, usually causing me to skip breakfast, which begins a cycle of badness.

BUMP BUMP BUMP, KITTIESSS!!! Yay. Made my day.

I'm just wondering about cooking with these "0-calorie but still has some carbs" sweeteners. I don't understand how its carbs are not absorbed by the body. If I use a large amount of stevia in baked goods, like my homemade protein bars, I should count the extra calories and carbs from stevia, shouldn't I? They're right…

I would call her, but I don't want to bother her or interrupt her work if she's busy.. I only have her office number, no emergency contact.

I'm 5'2 and want to be 100-110 (but at a lower bodyfat percentage, like 18%)
-
Oh. My. GOD. I was just looking for high-protein ice cream recipes the other day and couldn't find a decent one. Thank you so much, can't wait to try this.

Chobani 0% or 2% yogurts (strawberry banana 2% is my favorite!), or any kind of fruit. If I really need a treat I'll have some 60% dark chocolate.

I'm 5'2. Starting weight: 118 Current weight: 109 Goal weight: 100? Not sure, because I'd rather judge my progress by how I look instead of by a number. But yes, I'd love to weigh 100 lbs.

I don't practice or believe in any particular religion. But if I really had to pick a religion to follow, it would be a loose, modified version of Buddhism or Wicca/Paganism. I absolutely love the wisdom of Buddhism and I agree with some Wiccan/Pagan views, but I don't see either as my set religion.

I'm only 5'2, so I notice every pound I lose or gain. It just seems to show on my little frame. I probably imagine some of it, though. I can see a difference in pictures after 8 pounds lost.

I LOVE cooking, but sadly I'm in school so I'm on a major budget and don't get much time to.
-
What if you enter your weight and age into the machine, and keep your hands on the heart rate sensors through your whole cardio session? Would that be more accurate? :/ I just don't have the money for a HRM right now.
-
Considering I only have 9 pounds left to lose and I want to do it as quickly as possible, the "trail and error" method isn't going to work for me.
-
I used to have this same problem, but then I started eating more clean, whole, natural, unprocessed foods. Now I don't think junk food tastes good anymore, and it doesn't satisfy me at all.
-
The thing about using the lower number is, my goal net is 1200, and I don't want to put myself in starvation mode.
-
You're not eating enough. Start eating at the VERY least, 1200 a day. If you exercise that day, eat 1200 plus the number of calories you burned from exercise. Trust me on this one. You're putting yourself in starvation mode.

Scarlet Westcherry. I like it! :D

Are there any sweeteners that are truly 0-calorie and 0-carbs?
-
That's true. A serving size is 1 teaspoon, which according to the amount of carbs is 6 calories.
-
That's what I'm saying. I hate misleading packaging! Even the nutrition information on this site is wrong :/
-
Thanks guys :) Also, to add to this, with the last two pounds I've lost, I've been able to fit back into old size 1 jeans :D
