Hi! Are you exercising? Your metabolism may need a boost, or you could be gaining muscle if you are working out (so no apparent movement on the scale). How are the clothes fitting? P.S. I just looked at the BMI tool and it says it only works for people 5' or taller...maybe the calorie calculations are off (for you) too???…

Hi Kaytee, Don't be discouraged! You're doing the right thing. Do you have a scale that measures body fat%, water content, bone mass, etc ? Perhaps your muscle mass is building and your fat is reducing...remember that muscle weighs double what fat does. Are your clothes feeling more comfortable? Do you feel stronger and…
