Hi, anyone can add me, this is my third time starting afresh, always manage to keep the weight off for a couple of years then one day I step on the scales and it's back!!!! looking forward to a positive outcome this year:)))

I also log in a reduced time when swimming, underestimating calories burned is better than over estimating!!

I was just the same 2 weeks ago, but it was my left side that was weak, I tried to concentrate on my technique, not my speed. I have improved both in time and distance. I also bought myself a swimming float and do a few lengths with breastroke kick, not so good, and plain kicking to improve my leg strength, keep at it and…

I've no idea who has done the wicked deed, every week I think it's someone else! I've kep all the previous episodes so I can watch it again later and see if I missed anything (I'm a bit sad!!)

Chicken Jalfrezi is lovely and doesn't take long to cook, we use their recipes at least twice a week and have found them all very tasty:)

Bump1! This is something I've wondered about. I would love to go out on my bike but I've been too worried about it collapsing under me. I think I'll gig it dig it out of the shed and have it serviced and give it a go!!

This probably sounds stupid, but I find that if I stay on the pavement on the same side of the road the knee nearest the roadside becomes very sore and inflamed so I make sure I cross the road regularly:smile:
