They're in a folder on my computer where I have all my personal pictures (i.e. for profile pictures on FB and stuff). I view them every few weeks to see if there's visible change - I find it encouraging when there is.

I also have PTSD. Am not super phobic but I do get triggered a lot. I was diagnosed in October.

I've been on since June and I began losing weight in December. It hasn't affected it and I didn't gain much weight when I went on it - less than 5 lb for sure, because I didn't notice any.

20? Edit: holy cow this is a fast moving topic....

I go alone. I've gone with my boyfriend once, who tried to turn calorie-burning (on the ellipticals, which state how much you've burned) into a competition, and I just couldn't take that - not to mention that I like to switch machines on a whim and just generally do my own thing. I also prefer to listen to music. I won't…

Was actually going to say this. I found the web site and the exact entry you posted and the comments convinced me of this. It's a fetish web site. I don't think they're mentally ill, they're just indulging a fetish. One example from the site:

Firstly I have to say, I use my phone to listen to music (with headphones attached). 1.) Bringing hand weights to use while on the elliptical - but they snagged my headphones cord and yanked my phone out of the holder to the ground, where the case popped off and the battery flew out. 2.) Once again, snagging my headphones…

Hips, arms, wrists, feet, hands (because rings fit more loosely), and back, in no particular order.

I vote dress 3 :) I love the ruffles.

I had vivid pink hair for a few weeks, back in December. Some things people did: -Stare at me. I was stretching at the gym and a girl on a stationary bike just stared at me, not even looking away, the whole time I was stretching. It made me feel so awkward. This was the day after I dyed my hair and not a good introduction…

I eat all of mine everyday, but it's also only 1300 so it's hard to eat less (for me). Some days when I exercise a lot, I have to make myself eat back my exercise calories, but I found when I had 200-300 calories left each day I lost less weight than now when I eat my goal every day.

Current: 9.49% Goal: 13.46% (not too far away!)

No. But he's 8" taller than me, so that's a good thing. One ex-boyfriend of mine was 9" taller than me and we weighed about the same amount! (roughly 155 - with him at 6'3"). He was a runner and when the track season stopped he'd complain about how much weight he was gaining. I just rolled my eyes.

Once I looked up the popcorn I'd just eaten and everything was correct except fiber. It said that it had 50 grams of fiber in half a bag of popcorn! It actually has 5, so they probably just accidentally hit a 0. But can you imagine!

"How do I post a picture? Why isn't it working??"

Hawaiian Pizza... most people don't seem to like pineapple on pizza; I love it! French fries in honey.

I go to a small private university and the food the university serves is pretty good - but it's filled with sodium! The company (Sodexo) shows up in the MFP databases but every day I eat from the cafeteria I go over my sodium limit (I'm tracking it). I can only imagine how much sodium must be in school food. I can't…

The Fountain.... but it is a very polarizing movie. Not very well received critically, and every time I watch it I see more and more flaws, but it hits me so hard emotionally that I weep like a baby whenever I watch it. That to me makes it a great movie.

My mom bought that book. From what I've seen, most of the sources were web sites and not anything super scientific.

I have a bad cold right now, and I'm also taking a physical education class at my college - it's just during January so if you miss a day the professor takes a letter grade off (i.e. A down to B). So I went today, and it was hellish. The only good thing was that it cleared up my stuffy nose... but I felt feverish and…

If you feel like you can't eat the calories back, try drinking them with milk or juice?

...when you feel your hipbones in the mattress when you sleep on your stomach. When rings that used to be too small now can fit on multiple fingers. When you can see bones you didn't know you had (extra wrist bones for me!) Good feelings!

I started out trying to lose 1.5lb a week in December, and even though I bumped it down to 1lb a week and I eat at or below my calorie recommendations, I'm plateauing. I think eating at maintenance (or at .5/week) is a good plan; I'll try it with you for a little while. How long should we do this? A week at a time, or just…

My sister is 5'8" and less than 120lb, and she constantly complains about how huge her thighs are. She thinks they're way out of proportion to the rest of her body (they're not). And also, her "manly shoulders" (her phrasing), which probably only look so large because the rest of her is quite thin. I'm confident she…

I have no idea who this is, but I just love her body!

You could always drink the calories - juice or milk, for instance.

I have oatmeal, like many other posters here. The Maple and Brown Sugar is 160cal a pack and the Strawberries and Cream is 130. You could have a clementine as well, and it would be just about 200 calories, plus quite healthy!

If you just go here (paste into address bar) you can see it http://i1216.photobucket.com/albums/dd374/stephanielindley/compare.jpg Edit: forgot to add - good work! I see progress.
