Yep, you really need to go get fitted at a store, even if you intend to buy them later online for cheaper or whatever. The only running shoes that fit my feet correctly are men's Asics, and I only know that because I got fitted at Luke's Locker. Similar shoes in other brands felt terrible. So what's comfortable for us may…

I love the free C25K app by zen labs on the iphone if you have an iphone. If not, they might also be online or have an android app.

I'd save yourself the money and use vegweb.com. Best vegan recipe website ever.

Great job!! I'm on week 2 of C25K. I can run 2 miles without stopping on a treadmill, but I don't think I can make it a mile without stopping outside. Honestly, I'm just getting nervous about the 3 minute runs in week 3... congratulations!

Don't try to cheat nature - your skin wants to be pale, so own it!! Here's a link to some REALLY gorgeous light-skinned actresses: http://www.listal.com/list/pale-actresses…

I'm 5'3 and I'm at my goal weight of 135. I say "goal weight" because I feel comfortable here and don't have any desire to lose any weight, but I might end up losing some weight because I'm eating better and working out more. I weighed 160 lbs at my heaviest, about 5 years ago, and I carried my weight pretty evenly, but I…

I think it depends on your goals. If your goals are simply to lose weight, then yes too much fruit is bad for you. But if your goals include greater nutrition and a more whole-foods based diet, then eat as much fruit as you want! I really think eating raw fruits and vegetables is VERY UNLIKELY to make you overweight. I…
