384 is about right, not in the 600's, you really need to use a HRM with a chest strap for the most accurate readings........

I would think any workout you do will give you results and be beneficial, especially if you're eating right too. You can't workout here and there and expect results, gotta be persistant and workout several times a week.......

For me, it used to be the prices but I find Safeway and the other's practically the same price, Walmart's prices are way too high anymore........I go there about once or twice a month........
