Might be a lower mileage month for me, but I'd like to get in 50 miles at least. So 50 miles for me this November! Thanks :flowerforyou:

Hard choice! I'd go with chocolate chip!

Keep running! :flowerforyou: Don't let their negativity and stupidity bring you down.

Great transformation! :)

Nothing planned so far! Hopefully a few half marathons. :)

I think rest days are important. I made the mistake of pushing myself really hard at the beginning of my half marathon training and paid the price for it! I was out for almost 3 weeks! Train smart, listen to your body, and rest! :)
-
Feel free to add me too! While I have run on and off for the last few years, I got more serious at the beginning of this year and will run my first half marathon in 1 1/2 weeks! Always looking for running buddies :)

Great results!!

I've done two rounds of P90X and I think it's great! Don't be afraid of lifting heavier weights and stay with the 8-12 reps instead of the 12-15reps. That helped me see better results. I found the Yoga dvd really boring and never really did it. I love X-stretch though and did that instead. Good luck! :)

I've used it a couple of times, but on a few occasions it has mapped my runs inaccurately (i.e- tells me I've run more miles than I actually have). So I don't use it anymore.
