I've had this issue to. Needing to eat b-fast on bus or in car I like doing cereal with nuts mixed in (in fact put in freezer day before because like my cereal cold)...you could mix in dried fruit too if you wanted? Working out can make you less hungry. It does me. I am in recovery from anorexia and honestly hunger didn't hit till I exercised less and ate more. I just graduated but luckily this year got as a gift from my dad a mini fridge with a full mini freezer so that helped. Before that I would pre-cook chicken/fish or do canned tuna for protein. I think it depends on the person, but I think if you have struggled to gain weight for some time or are someone who forgets to eat planning is best...but you can always wean off. Maybe start and plan out week in advance/days in advance (what I used to do) Then just plan day before Then morning of Then maybe won't have to?

It's my go-to lunch now. Just go to supermarket in frozen food section where frozen veg are and they should have a square thing called cooked squash. Great fiber source. I eat the whole thing, but I pour some of it on a tortilla with tuna and a bit of spinach in it and press it in George Foreman.

I am just trying to learn the right number of rest days and right combo of strength and cardio, but just for future reference to cpt....it's not okay to tell someone who is recovering that they are doing a horrible job.
