I cook a bag of carrots once a week in beef broth in the crockpot, and also I like to take zuccini, squash, mushrooms and onion, toss them all in a little olive oil and balsamic and then bake them.

I eat more than you do and I am 5'8" 118 lbs. 118lbs is a very healthy weight for my body. Why do you can so much what weight other people are? Maybe focus on yourself and what is healthy for you and don't waste your time being annoyed with other people.

I think it is the best way to get your cardio in. It burns a TON of calories in an hour and you don't even realize it because it is so much fun. Also if you take from different teachers you are constantly working different muscle groups. Try it, you will love it!

I don't really take full rest days but usually 2 days a week I just walk for 30-45 minutes.

I personally think it is ridiculous to spend hours getting ready to go to the gym because you are going to get all sweaty anyways but if other women want to do that I don't really care. I allow myself a cheat day here and there, but I also try to save a couple hundred calories a day on the other days to make up for it. I also don't plan out a cheat day I save it for a day when friends want to go out to eat or I have a potluck at work or something like that.

It's nice to see so many other people are night eaters too!!! I don't even start eating until about 1:00 in the afternoon and I too eat quite a few things in the evening. I just make sure that I keep healthy foods in my house so that the foods I am eating at night are good for me and fit into my macros

In and Out is definitely one of the best burgers around although my personal all time favorite burger is the Bleu Cheese burger at Cheesecake Factory!

I find this to be very true for me. Eating breakfast seems to lead to more eating in general for me. Everytime I try to eat 5-6 times a day I seem to gain weight!

I eat TONS of fiber and still have this problem sometimes. I have found the quickest fix is to eat a salad :)
