I did day 13 today and was my 1st day doing double did Pure Cardio and Cardio abs and it definitely holds upto it's name but I've already lost inches,just stick with it and you will get out of it what you put in!!

Mine is set to 40 protein (since I'm incorporating strength training) and 30 on fat and carbs and haven't had any trouble keeping within my limits as long as I pay attention to what I eat,and have pretty much been steadily losing since I started this. I like my fruit and I like my whole wheat bread.

I've been doing Turbo Jam for about 4 months,they have cardio plus strength training(which includes booty sculpting and abs),they also have somebody who show's you how to do the low impact where your feet don't leave the ground.You can go to the beachbody website and check out some of the videos.

I don't log normal every day cleaning but I do log stuff like moving furniture or getting on my hands and knees to scrub floors or gardening,everything else I just look at as bonus calories burned.

I used SparkPeople to but found it way to confusing and not a whole lot of motivational people on there,this site is so much better and the people so much more motivational,never going back there
