I'm just getting the ol' classic skull and roses for my cover-up this weekend. She told me it needed to be something detailed like the flowers to cover the old one. I actually sent her pics of my old tat and what I wanted done since she's an hour away from me. Can't wait until Saturday!

Going to get another one this weekend! I have four so far. I eventually want to get the Doctor's name in Gallifreyan, if that's geeky enough for you! I would be getting that one on Saturday, but it won't work for the cover-up I'm getting done.

I'm on a beta blocker, and I'm trucking along nicely. Don't let it worry you. Just exercise and eat right, follow your doctor's orders, and you'll do just fine.

Good work!

That's so awesome! One of my goals is eventually to be able to come off my blood pressure medicine. Good job, you!

You look so happy and healthy! Great job!

Love me some Doctor Who (obviously,) pretty much any sci-fi, books (all of them,) and crafting. I don't know if crafting is considered geeky, but I definitely geek out over it, so I'm including it.

Also, I went to the website for this "diet," and the little cartoon "military" chick makes me want to punch stuff. Anyway, to sum up: That diet looks ridiculous, and that…

I've had a cheat day every week, but still kept track of the intake. But I only eat at around maintenance that day instead of just going bananas, and shoving a bunch of crap in my face. Although, reading these other responses, I'm thinking of moving to just a cheat meal, instead.

He must be punished. Also, they are making Girl Scout cookie coffee creamer now, and the Samoa one is ah-mazing.

I made cupcakes for my kid's birthday last week, and ate a spoonful of frosting before I even realized what I was doing. 140 calories in that spoonful! So, yeah, I definitely count that stuff.

That's awesome! And that family photo is the cutest thing ever!
