In! Companions, please. If that's full already, then put me where you need me.

This is great! And I love the smile on your face in the video!
-
You look great!

This site is very helpful. USDA foodsearch. http://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list ETA: It's not going to tell you how many potatoes to eat, though. My baked potatoes are usually about 200g.

Gross.

The same thing happened to me when I went for my gym orientation. I finally got someone to show me the stuff that I wanted to see, but it was like pulling teeth. As others have said, the Stronglifts website is very helpful. There is also a Stronglifts 5x5 for Women group on MFP. I learned a lot from that, too.

Just my two cents: I started at around 200. I set my initial GW as 150. That number seemed unfathomable to me, so I told myself that if I made it to 170, that was good, too. I'm now 1.5 lbs away from that initial GW, and I've lowered it a bit. But, if I decided to plant my happy *kitten* down right at my current weight,…

Yup. It's pretty tasty.

Oh, that costume is awesome! I think I can make that!

My husband has watched most of the Matt Smith episodes with me, and can toss about terms like "Gallifreyan" and "Come along, Pond." But I feel like he hasn't reached straight up raving lunatic status, yet. Maybe I will just work on finishing his conversion process.

Hello, all! I'm late to the party, but I did make it. I love Whovian friends, so feel free to FR me!

Hello, everyone! Feel free to add me, no matter what form of geekery you practice.

I must have this shirt.

Amazing job!
-
You look amazing!
-
Sweet, merciful Lord, I need this in my life.
-
Good job!

Present!

All of them. I may have a problem. But, obviously, my one true love is the Doctor.

I was a medic with the National Guard. OIF vet. I've been out almost a year. And, yes, I miss it!
-
That's awesome! Good job, and congratulations!

Agreed! I was about 12 when I first watched Terminator 2, and I had never seen anything like Linda Hamilton. She blew my mind grapes.

I guess I should have phrased my comment a little differently. That is what the author said that other people's healthy lifestyles make her think about herself. I would never say that about another person!
-
I couldn't get past the fact that the author complains about other people making her feel bad about her body (the biggest heifer in Farmville,) then proceeds to call another woman's body gross. That's some hateful shizz.

In, again!

I just wanted to say that I have fibromyalgia as well (I named it Marla,) and that exercise really does help improve some of the symptoms. I know when you're always exhausted and hurting, a workout seems like the exact opposite of what you should do, but it has seriously improved my quality of life. Just start slow, and…

You look awesome, and that dress is adorable! Great job!

When I was working as an EMT, I only had to do CPR a few times. But, holy crapballs! I could barely move my arms the next day. I can't even begin to think how to log it, though. Regardless of whether you log it or not, eat a good meal and get some rest. You deserve it!

These make me happy.

Absolutely!
