Turkey sausage if pre sliced so I go by the package, same with the turkey but I do weigh or measure everything else.

I do weight all my food and I have a young son with type 1 diabetes and that comes with a lot of EDUCATION (mostly on carbs and the glycemic index) so I have some knowledge. I feel like I eat plenty, three meals a day and three snacks. I almost feel as if I need to hold off on the T25 until I get closer to my ideal weight.…

They suggested 1200. What I mean by starving is about 800 calories, never over 900.

I eat between 1000-1100. Fresh fruit, fresh vegetables, fish, chicken. I have always lost weight but gained it back so I thought I would try doing it the right way. I am working out like crazy (5 days a week) and eating well.

I wanted to do it because I LOVE that workout but I find myself doing it for about a week and stopping. Hopefully with a little support I will make it thru the whole 30 days!

I am 5'3" and my goal is 125 but I would be perfectly happy with 130.

If you find out, I would love to know. I have been doing this for five days and my protein is twice what they say it should be and my carbs are WAY under what they should be. I can't imagine cutting out some of my lean proteins and adding more carbs.
