I really like this idea of intermittent fasting and when I was more fit, I used to do it myself. Everything has its place. I'm thinking about trying it again. My body can totally handle it.

I do that too! When the scale gets stuck I go through my closet and see what my body looks like in the old clothes. Scale be damned, I know I'm doing well simply because of the way I look. GOOD JOB!

You look FANTASTIC! You are an amazing inspiration to those of us who have a lot to lose! And you're right. Exercise works wonders, but you choose to do the exercise so really, you're working wonders on yourself. Keep it up girl!
