5'2" going for 135lbs for now. If I feel like lower is necessary, I'll re-assess, but 135 is prob a good fit for me :)

I have nothing to contribute to this thread, other than thanking you for sharing your test/results. I was discussing these tests recently (I've never had one done and was curious about them), and it's interesting to hear you're almost 300 calories above average. Awesome! Good luck with the Half Ironman! :)

One of my favorites is the Skewered Chicken. It's usually dark meat, with a light, slightly sweet, soy-teriyaki flavor. Generous portions, and found in the Appetizer section of your typical Chinese carry out. It's a great option by itself, or as a protein addition to another dish.
