Well, I'm not specifically interested in it to 'get skinny', or even significantly detox my body really... I dunno.... just super interested in it for some reason. Wanted to know if anyone felt any different or better afterwards.

I often pair half a serving (26g) of the original Kashi Go Lean (good fiber and protein content), with a half a serving (27g) of Kashi Cinammon Harvest (soooo good! I go to the Evergreen State College in Olympia, Washington. I'll be graduating this June with my BS, with a concentration in marine ecology. I'm planning to move down to California for grad school, hoping to start (the 'where' is to be determined still :tongue:) Fall 2013.

Well, bacon is relatively high fat and calories (and sodium, which trimming the fat won't necessarily cut). I was just curious of how much the calories and fat would go down if I did strip it, for entering it into my log, and if it would make a big enough difference to even go to the trouble.

My gym membership just expired, as of the 31st of December.... I've been very busy these last few months, and felt I was wasting my money, so I didn't renew it.
