Just finished my run...okay more like my slow jog with some walking in between! On to some water. Half way through crunches, Rest of my crunches and Circuit training later on this evening!! Woop!! Lets go red team! And sorry if my posting gets annoying...I post alot lol but I'm just totally pumped!

So, today wasn't so good...but I did opt out of my moms dinner of Fried ham, fried potatos, and biscuits with gravy. I went with orange/apple fruit buddies and spicy asian noodles, yum! Probably not as low cal as I could've gone but with very little in the house I did what I had to do.

50 crunches this morning, 50 crunches after dinner! 1 bottle of water and a large glass-a.k.a 4 cups. Halfway through, tackling the other half before bed! :)

Well, I made my goal yesterday! I drank 8 glasses and i've started in on my 5th glass today!! I never realized how little water I drink!

Going for a jog and then doing crunches! I pulled my shoulder and my thighs are killing me from zumba yesterday! Trying to just work through the pain!

Brown sugar and honey! Okay...so maybe not the most healthy thing but it sure makes it taste good! Just plain honey and some dry fruit can help too. Or make it savory add a little bit of butter and salsa or chicken!

My most favorite snack is cheerios with dry fruit or nuts. I LOVE cheerios so much and a whole cup is only 100 calories. Yummy! :) and for something sweet, honey nut!

Thank you all! I over slept today and didn't do breakfast. Ate a fast food lunch which I thought would be better then it was....ended up eating almost all my calories in one meal O.O but I went ahead and logged my dinner and it still wasn't exceeding the calorie intake :) Better get off my booty and go for a nice, cold…
