How to train for a Half Marathon

Starbucks!!!
Anyone else have a LOVE of starbucks!? I was just wondering what you guys order when trying to stay within calories? I LOVE the skinny iced vanilla latte or a "light" java chip frap. If i'm splurging I get Hot chocolate or a regular frappucino, either caramel or java chip!

Oh, so sore!
So I think I pulled my shoulder out when I was running with my dog, My thighs are killing me and my left leg hurts so bad! I do plan to run again tommorow but i'm not sure with all this physical pain how much I should do. Any advice on first week pain?
