I've been doing this for a little over a week now. I've already started to notice improvements in my body. My booty looks a bit more perky and my shirts are already fitting better. I'm even going to have to go down a belt loop soon!
I'm totally excited about this! Its some definite motivation to keep going!! I never, ever would've guessed that so much could happen in a week!

I agree. The more you have to lose, the quicker it goes in the beginning but eventually, you reach a reasonable loss per week. I've been back on the MFP plan for 9 days now and I've lost almost 5 pounds. I have to remind myself that I won't always lose this many pounds in such a short time.
