Those who have an ED, and are looking for support for that, I'll delete. I have no interest in people who know they have a problem, but don't want to fix it. My first 5k took me 45+ minutes. My first all running 5k took about 38. I've yet to get under 30. I conclude that YES that is a GREAT time for a beginner

Make yourself exercise! Find something and just DO IT! Don't mak excuses, just DO IT! You have to or you'll never lose the weight. Same with eating. I supposed it depends on where the Chinese is coming from and how much of it you eat. Also, if it has any vegetables in it...somewhat of a redeeming quality comparativley speaking.
