  • I started this journey back in Oct. I had lost 28 pounds before I joined MFP. I am finding that just moving, the treadmill, biking, dancing, moving is the answer.   • Personally, I have to avoid the temptation to weigh in daily. The changes in my weight, even minor ones really depress me. So, I weigh myself on Saturday mornings. I can say this though, my last weigh in deressed me cause I gained. Guess more excersise is order.
  • Ok, I admit it. I love my coffee. I limit myself to 2 or 3 cups a day. I drink it with a tsp. Of just plain old sugar in it. I cannot handle the artificial sweetners and stevia messes with some medications (check with your pharmacist) so, just plain old black and slightly sweet for me.
  • I have a huge sweet tooth. I love the extra dessert delights gum. It has saved me from the ice cream monster. So, lots of water, a piece of gum have helped keep me on track. Good Luck! :smile:
