  • Yep. Definitely drinking enough water and careful about sodium as I have high blood pressure. Haven't taken measurements but that's a good idea. I have noticed that I seem to have changed where I carry weight - now more around my middle rather than around by legs like I used to. Is that age related?? Im 35.

  • I understand the muscle burns fat concept totally! I am doing weight trainig in my HIIT sessions, mainly with ketttlebells and we also do lots of pulls ups and other bodyweight exercises. I do that 3 times a week and it's hard-core. I'm exhausted afterwards and always sore the next day. I've definitely seen an improvement…
