I would just recommend strictly counting your calories, drinking tons of water, and doing cardio. Don't stress too much about the 6 pounds, losing 2 is better than gaining 2! :)

Hi! :D I've lost 27 pounds so far. It's definitely not as much as I hoped I would lose by now, but -27 is better than +27, right? I slacked off for several months, but I'm back on the "wagon" and I hope to reach -40 pounds by Jan. 1st of 2013. Good luck to all of you!

For me, the last straw was when I looked at my thighs and realized that I could grab handfuls of fat. :( That was when I realized how much I hated how heavy I'd gotten.
