i understand. i get on the scale every morning. ugh!!! lol. i have 40 pounds to go. you can do it and so can I. it's not easy, but it's worth it. :)

Thank you....i remind myself everyday...it's a struggle sometimes, but i'm starting to feel good about this, and finding time to exercise. :) Thanks for the encouragement.

Losing Weight is at the top of my list. Need to eat healthy, take care of my heart. Plus I want all my energy back. It's been gone for quite a while now. Remember why you started and be strong!!!!
