I would adjust my settings to an active lifestyle for the day and see how many extra calories that gives and go by that guideline. It's not exercise as such but you are (probably) being more active than usual.

My doctor said I could continue to diet as long as I was being healthy about it. (I am still nearly 4 stone overnight), I changed my goal to "lose one pound a week" which increased my calories to 1660 per day. I eat back my exercise calories too. We've been trying for nearly 3 years - told that IVF was our best option due to our age (both just over 40). Anyway, we semi-gave up and been losing weight since January and I think that's what has helped us to finally get that elusive BFP!

Haha! I stopped wearing mine as they were getting really loose. I'm angling for an eternity ring as a replacement until I've lost all the weight and get the wedding band resized.

I'm 5' 9" / 10" and I'm aiming to get to 160lbs - when I was that weight before I was wearing a UK size 12. SW: 284 lbs (started MFP at 257lbs) CW: 219 lbs (current dress size UK 18/20) GW: 160 lbs.
