I am doing Jillian Michael's Ripped in 30, and I love it, boy is it a workout in only 24 minutes. My hamstrings hurt and my knees. I may have to switch to something less taxing on my knees. try cucumber slices, bell pepper slices,stir fried spinach w/garlic, Drink lots of water until you feel full, try crystal light in your waterm, that helps get it down. Try a new hobby, play a video game. The cravings should go away in time. HTH

Spinning is Awesome! I love it. The seat on the bike hurts your tush initially, but after a few weeks of classes the pain will subside. Good luck and happy spinning.

Monday night i did my first RI30 and Tuesday night my legs and knees really hurt. so Tuesday I could only muster up the energy to do an old Tae bo DVD. Wed I will start again. Should I have done Jillian's 30 Day shred first?

I just discovered that if you go to "message board"s then "Settings"it's in blue text in between "My Topics" and "Moderate" you can check the box that says add my fitness ticker to all forum posts then click "Save." That is much easier than copying and pasting each time. I learn something new everyday.:bigsmile:
