  • Cherry tomatoes are ideal. A large handful has less than 20 calories - I usually combine this with a glass of water and it staves off the hunger for a few hours. Strawberries and raspberries are another good low calories alternative. Also, Weight Watchers do yoghurts that are only 50 calories per carton - I love these.
