I totally agree with one day a week of no diet! I started Jan 3rd 2012 & I am down 15 lbs. I eat 1200 cals & walk 3 to 6 miles every day except one which I call my fat day.

Feel free to add me! I walk between 3 to 6 miles a day but hate exercise videos! I think it is the repetition...lol!
