I only did bootcamp classes twice a week and reached my goal. I am currently maintaining doing 1 bootcamp class and 1 ballet class per week. It is doable.

Everytime he gets up to bring his plate in the kirchen, I think you should just tell him on the spot, "hey, you forgot to bring my plate!" Repeat, repeat, repeat. Then he'll get it after 20times. Same for everything else.

I actually like shredded zucchini in long spaghetti strands. With a kick-*kitten* sauce, it allows me to fit in a 250calorie dessert after!

I don't miss the really bad foods like: McDonalds hamburgers and such but stuff I really want to eat, I will. Only in small quantities. My pleasure is chocolate. I have a Camino Quinoa Chocolate bar everyday.

I am 112lbs. I have been fluctuating between 108lbs and 112lbs lately (figuring out maintenance). My heaviest weight was around 140lbs. I think after my Triathlon this Saturday, I will set my new goal to 106lbs. I plan on taking Adult Ballet this semester! Yay!

We don't have weight on our drivers licence but my height is wrong. I am 159.5cm not 158cm. I was 158cm at the age of 16. I guess i grew a little.

I like to go up and down with my calorie intakes. Some days I go over, some days I hit the mark. Although I am just maintaining, it seems the weight is still going down.

My advice is.... Run outside! You will be shocked at how much energy it zaps when you start running in the real world. For some people, it adds to their time by 10 - 20%. Do it now, don't wait the day of the event to run outside.

You can easily boost your chest size from a B to a C with the right bras! Why get breast implants? Do you want to show your breasts in public? If you can achieve a C cup with clothes on, I don't see the point of having surgery.

I would change the workout completely. Your body is used to it now and being efficient with the calories you are eating. I would take a break from hiking and try swimming instead.
