Today I have clicked over the 35 mile mark doing my scheduled 7 miles. (I only take note of whole miles, no rounding up or anything) With only 15 more miles left to do to hit 50, I'm going to up my target to 70 miles before the month is out. (35/70)

W2D2 done, bit of a struggle due to asthma/breathing which is my biggest concern in doing C25k, I feel the my asthma has always held me back from getting serious cardio.... No longer!!! If it means repeating days until I have built it up I will!!!

Feeling good, after putting off doing W1D3 ALL day finally got off my butt and got moving!!! Despite nearly having all my effort nearly killing me 5mins from the cool down with a stitch... I MADE IT *Happy Dance* ETA: Bring on W2D1!!!

Just starting C25k for like the 4th time, never seem to be able to get past W1, this time I'm determined to get through it and move onto C210k.
