Add ground flax to your meals (of course in reason), I added some to an egg beaters omelete...it was weirdly really good! The fiber keeps your full. If I do not count I eat wayyy too much. Logging makes me realize I have eaten enough for the day, and do not need to eat that chocolate or what ever. Just keep it really healthy, and do not snack.

For breakfast just stick to cereal, or oatmeal. Buy big boxes on sale...I love both! Just make sure you measure out the cereal of what ever you get!

Still, if you are exercising you should be eating those calories burned, or eating at 1200. 53 calories is not going to make or break your diet.

Oh I am sooo excited, the first farmer's market of the year is tomorrow!! I love getting my food from there, it is so much better than the store crap. Come to think of it..is it not kind of sad that I am so excited over food?...Oh well! At least it is healthy..haha

It really depends on one's bone structure, you could be 140 and 5'9'' and look great, or 125 and look anorexic. Since it is such a wide range, not every one fits the same shoe.

OH, yay I weighed myself at the gym today, to see if the doctor's scale was right, and it said 133! Since I have been using the gym scale all along I am soo believing it..(of course not for any other reason:tongue: ). It is a relief to know I didn't gain 6 pounds so freaking fast!:smile:

Kind of boring...today my day centered around taking the car into get serviced, but I went to the gym in that time so that was good. Lulu - Those bagels are good, when ever we do a day trip to the states I grab a couple bags.:smile:

Cyndee - I do not trust splenda..I find it has a disgusting after taste! I just stick to regular sugar, but less. You should try agave, it is a little pricey but really good! You do get a lot more creative in the kitchen when you cannot(or will not) eat the high cal boxed crap! I live in BC, it was warm and sunny, but now…
