Looking to lose weight, by exercising reasonably and eating more natural food. Low Sodium is important in my case. I just read any article that not all calories are the same. Unprocessed, minimally processed food lead to less calorie absorption

I think our brain sees us a certain size for better or worse. Often times it will be someone else noticing before you do. I have a ways to go but I guess what I say now is that I am doing good things for my health and for the first time I mean it.
