I am suffer without the chocolate guys. It's wrecking havouc to my happiness:P My friend suggest I get chocolate pudding, Jello makes low calorie ones. So I think I might try that. I could never have 5-10 chocolate chips.. No restraint:P But I do agree with MFP I have been so aware of my food!

I am always hungry or so it seems. Alot of the suggestions are fantastic on here, I find that having a protein really helps satisfy the hunger. I LOVE this idea/group. I have never counted calories been on a diet or even censored what I ate. Personally, I love bodyrock.tv . Alot of the old exercises use body weights:) Youtube also is a terrific place to get routines if you have one piece of equipment, ie. a medicine ball. Hope that helps!
