  • I'm 5'3" like some of the others who've posted on this blog. I think the best indicator is body fat %. I have a lot of muscle, when I was at my thinnest, when I was in my twenties, I was at 152 lbs and was at 18% body fat. That is my goal now.

I understand we have to take responsibility for our actions because no one is holding a gun to our heads and telling us to over-eat or eat the stuff we know we ought not eat, but try to be kind to yourself.
