i am kinda the same. i tend to have a cup of tea on a night :) really fills you up. cadbury highlights hot chocolate is really good aswell, and its only 40 calories. maybe have a slice of toast aswell? or a banana:) hope that helps x

good luck for your weight loss :) i also sit at a computer all day, but in my first week i have lost 5 pounds:) maybe try and walk more often, if theres a lift at work, take the stairs? or go for a walk on your lunch break? everything little adds up :) X

bio oil is really good :) im from the UK so i dont know if you will have this one, but i found a 'fake' bio oil for under half the price and it worked fine too!

i tend to have chicken and salad for tea :) really fills you up and you can have quite a lot of salad. pasta is also good to add in because a little bit goes a long way :) home made soup is really good aswell! fills you up so much and there isnt lots of calories in it :) good luck! X

as long as you know that you have went over your calories and you haven't tried to convince yourself you stuck within them, i think thats fine :) just try and work it off and get back on track! good luck with the rest of your weight loss :D X

nandos peri peri marinade is lovely! or you could make a homemade marinade with some natural yoghurt, a few squeezes of lemon, a couple of twists of cracked black pepper, and a spinkle of coriander :) X

apparently you are supposed to have blood tests every three months to check on your thyroid levels. but i get mine every 4/6 weeks. currently getting one next week to check my thyroid and also my blood count levels. i am on 125 mg of thyroxine anyone else? x
