Everyone gave great advice. One thing you should check.is.if your bike.us calculating in miles or kilometers. I thought my bike was miles.until.my husband told,me it's kilometers not miles.

I had a VSG surgery 12/7/11 and lost 117 lbs in about 7.5 months and have kept it off now for six months I would like to lose another 15 or 20 but for now atleast I'm maintaining.

My husband notices a difference and he loves it. Now tho I need yo take a break cuz I'm having surgery tomorrow on my right elbow and wrist but boy I can't wait to get back to it and do all 30 days. Good luck to all of you. I'll be checking inn eVen tho I can't do it new it's an inspiration.

I walk every moring after I drop my kids at school. I walk atleast 25 minutes some times up to 40 depending on the time I have. On days I don't need to go to work (Friday- Sunday) I try to get in a 5K walk. So far I did 30DS two times on Sunday (big mistake) once on Monday, and I needed to skip Tuesday I was in agony and…

I walk 2.5 miles every morning after dropping the kids off at school and then later in the day before dinner I do my 30 day shred. I'm usually starving when I'm done.

Today was day 4 for me and yesterday was the wrist I could nit get from standing to sitting without being in agony. I had walled a 5K in the morning duo I skipped my evening workout. was much better and i found the workout easier today. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

I just started 30 day shred. I found after there days I needed to take a break I can hardly walk I gore tomorrow I can do it again. But I still love Jillian Michael DVDs.
