  • Everyone gave great advice. One thing you should check.is.if your bike.us calculating in miles or kilometers. I thought my bike was miles.until.my husband told,me it's kilometers not miles.

  • I had a VSG surgery 12/7/11 and lost 117 lbs in about 7.5 months and have kept it off now for six months I would like to lose another 15 or 20 but for now atleast I'm maintaining.

  • I walk 2.5 miles every morning after dropping the kids off at school and then later in the day before dinner I do my 30 day shred. I'm usually starving when I'm done.
  • Today was day 4 for me and yesterday was the wrist I could nit get from standing to sitting without being in agony. I had walled a 5K in the morning duo I skipped my evening workout. was much better and i found the workout easier today. We'll see what tomorrow brings.

  • I just started 30 day shred. I found after there days I needed to take a break I can hardly walk I gore tomorrow I can do it again. But I still love Jillian Michael DVDs.
