My sister worked out throughout most of her pregnancy. When it got toward the end, she would swim. I wish I would have worked out more when I was pregnant, I wouldn't be as out of shape as I am right now!! I would definitely not diet while pregnant, just eat healthier. I took a power yoga class about 2 years ago & it really was helpful with strengthening my core. I had better balance & felt better. It does burn calories, maybe not as many as a high impact aerobics class but still burns calories. I liked the class & it was good for me.
