wheat free pancakes! Throw those oats in the food processor and make oat flour 1 Cup oat flour 1 egg 1tsp oil 1/4cup greek yogurt 3/4cup water 1tsp baking powder dash salt mix cook and enjoy :-)

I am 5'2" as well and MVP put me at 1200 cals but I have a good friend who is a nutritionist and she has put me at 1300-1500 cals per day for weight loss. I have been doing a lot of research and they all say DO NOT go below 1200 per day

It sounds to me like you are doing great! Although if you are set to low you might be holding onto extra body fat just to survive the day. Also take a look at the quality of food you eat as well as quantity. Keep in mind Im not an expert just a fellow Fitness pal :-)

I love my morning oatmeal, I use "Rogers porridge oats and add my own Craisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, a dash of all spice and chopped almonds! Keeps me full right up until lunch time!

I agree with the Vega, last year my friend and I used the Vega Sport and it was an amazing recovery. We call it our magic powder, trained to do a 220km bike ride using this and felt little to no pain or fatigue during or after our ride!

Just joined today, my goal is to be 125 but if I dont make it to that # and feel and look great I will be happy with that! (not sure if my goal is realistiic)
