I once got about 11 lbs from my now goal.. so I was at 161.... I felt fat still. Less, sure, but my stomach was still all squishy and hung down in like a fold (sorry, TMI... ew) That really started teaching me this part. Thanks so much, all!! I don't have any health issues, but my Grandpa had diabetes so it's in the back of my mind for if I don't get my butt in gear soon (I'm 29 now). It started because my Aunt was asking what the sugar max was on MFP, when I told her 45 her jaw dropped. She thought it was way too high for anyone trying to be healthy so I did some research. Really hope someone here can shed some light on this for us.

I love this thread! I find these little fun unexpected changes very inspiring! Especially those of you saying you're always cold now. I have spent my whole life overweight and I'm a very warm person. Also flush like crazy so easily. I hope when I get to a healthy place I won't be so warm all the time!

Thanks!! I wasn't sure what that meant. We have a local YMCA me and my fiance want to join once we can afford it (hopefully in a couple months) and that would give me access to lots of equipment and weights.

By lift heavy, how much do you lift? I used 5lbs with those videos and then worked up to 7lbs. I never really used weights aside from the workout videos, and you can't really do her moves with really heavy weights. Should I focus on weight time without workout videos too?

The Exorcist.. still amazes me how they managed to make it so terrifying. Also, Paranormal Activity still freaks me out. I need to be under blankeys in my bed. And lastly, Them (the foreign original to the Strangers) that movie is INTENSE!! Way better and more disturbing than Strangers

I do the same thing. Circuit training :) When you're ready her video No More Trouble Zones is AMAZING!! a big step up from 30 day shred though, so I'd say only move on to it when 30 day gets a bit too easy
