* THIS EXACTLY! - only I almost never cuss, I was just brought up to believe it was not proper and there was no need for it! But truly don't care if other people do it, just would prefer you didn't cuss at my children or me! :)

Hey, I started out at 5'5 1/2" and 166lbs (similar to you!) :) I'm down to 147 since Jan 1st! And we have the same goal weight of 135! Look for my add! And congrats on your engagement (beautiful ring!)

Hi, I don't have time to hit the gym either, I have two children under the age of 3, and don't have time to get much exercise in! I'm Canadian as well, near the Capital. Feel free to add me! :) Having the added "friends" on MFP to support has been a huge encouragement for me!

This is me exactly! I've started making my big meals morning and afternoon, that way I'm not as hungry at home... So I have a huge healthy breakfast at work, snacks, healthy lunch, snack... When I get home I'm "Usually" not craving the junk food thats all around! Good Luck :)

I gained almost 5 leading up to my period & the first couple days, but I'm on the tail end of it now, and stepped on the scales this morning and I was back down to where I was before (actually 1 pound less)
