I've lost almost 30 pounds with the help of body by vi. I had a hard time drinking them twice a day because it got a little boring! but over all they were pretty good! Great as a breakfast substitute!

I was 166lbs so 10% would be about 16.6 pounds. People didn't really notice until I hit the 22lbs mark. I haven't lost any weight in weeks, and more people have noticed in the last few days than ever!

I gain 4-6 on average leading up to it and during. Once I'm at the end it drops off! Until I had children I never noticed symptoms. Now I can feel the bloating and headaches! :(

Im not a super confident person!
