I've written this post before about a year ago, but fell off the weight loss wagon. I'm kicking myself knowing that by now I should have reached my goal, but gave up on it and decided eating junk and being lazy was an easier option. I don't want to be saying the same thing next year!
I've been back at it now for about 3 weeks, and am more determined than ever! I've been doing great exercising 5-6 days per week and started to eat a lot cleaner. I'm 5'8 and currently 229 pounds - my goal is around 160 to start and then I'll adjust as I get closer. Looking for some new friends with similar goals to share ideas with and push each other to reach our goals! My boyfriend is a junk food addict with a healthy body weight and doesn't really share in my enthusiasm for exercising and eating right. It would be nice to find support elsewhere, so send me a friend request and lets do this!

I was also on last year and almost at my goal. I sort of just stopped logging. Luckily I only gained back a few pounds. I am back on and ready to lose the last 15.

Hey. I'm Shona and have recently joined again. I lost 1.5 stones but put it back on again when I stopped using mfp. I am determined to stick at it too. Im 5'6 and 228 lbs. Ideally I am aiming for 154lbs.
My partner is also a junk food lover and is a healthy weight so I can find it difficult when he is eating whatever he likes!
Feel free to add me and we can support each other!
