Good luck and you can do it... I myself had to wear sweat pants this weeking because my jeans didnt fit . I have been up and down. there is weeks that I am so good and then something happens and I go off track. but today is the day that I am going to work hard to say on track. yesterday I ran 1/2mile and walked 3 miles it…

I dont eat the calories that I get for working out. I only eat the 1200 per day. I feel like if I eat those calories I am going to gain weight. I worked with a trainner a few years ago and he told me not to use those calories as a food reward. I hope this will help you. olga

I am in your shoes ... I also and the last 3 yrs have let myself go . I gained 50 and want to take it off. I also know what I have to do , I did it before. I wish I could afford a personal trainner. But I am going to work hard at it with my sister. good luck and keep me posted.

Hi , I am 40 years old and I am trying very hard to stay on track this time. I would like to lose 50 pounds before next summer. I was so uncomfortable this summer with my weight. I hope this site will help me track my food.

well I have 10 kids listed... I only have 6 at a time. there ages are between 4month - 4yrs. I only started when my son was very little. it was the best thing i did.

you are right... I was just thinking what can I snack on and I decided to have a bottle of water.. I dont want to waste all my cals for dinner.

I have been doing by for 14 yrs... and I love it.. its nice to have a job and be home for your children. but snacking a another problem. I find tha t I like to snack with the kids. I made a new rule .....NO SNACK ... I am only going to eat my meals and one snack a day.
