  • I"m good about logging... but horrible with exercising! I hate it... I tell myself just go for a walk... but then find so many excuses not to. I need to get my butt off the couch- literally!
  • Here we go again! Lost 14 pounds this summer... and here I am with that 14 pounds plus 8 more. Ugh! No more fad dieting. Fewer calories, more exercising. Love MFP for the accountability it provides.
