I like seasoned rice vinegar & different versions of balsamic vinegars - sometimes with a bit of olive oil & herbs, sometimes on their own.

I took a quick peek at your diary and what jumps out at me as that your sugar seems high daily, while your fibre and protein are usually low - so I would start with cutting down the sugar, and upping the protein & fibre. Good Luck!

A Physiotherapist if available would be able to help you figure out how to strenthen the muscles around your injuries - helps with the pain as well:) As well, they may be able to help you figure out the best exercises for your specific injuries.

I take Cymbalta for Fibromyalgia - these drugs are known for weight gain and therefore can make it difficult to loose - but different ones affect as all differently - so discuss with your doctor re: options. BTW - 2 years ago I did loose 50 lbs in one year while on it - it took extra care, but is possible.

My husband is the gardener in the family - usually peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, potatoes, lettuce, onions, squashes, etc.

I too am lucky enough to have found a gym with amazing "club care" - not only do I get to work out, the kids get to play with other kids, do crafts, play ball, etc. My kids get up early in am telling me "let's go to the gym":)

I have found this happens less now that I have changed what I eat earlier in day - more nutritious calories, high fibre, etc. I also have to eat more calories during the day to avoid the binge calories in the evening - and I always leave room for a snack in evening - if I'm still in the binge mood, but know I'm not really…
