This is a useful tool.... though the range is very wide... good luck! http://www.weightwatchers.com/health/asm/calc_healthyweight.aspx or http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm basically these are based on BMI... you want to be below 25 :-)

Hi I lost 15 kg after my daughter was born by walking walking walking and more walking... drinking lost of water .. and trying to eat lots of protein instead of carbs... I wouldn't recommend the latter but the walking and water really made a difference...

I alo eat Quinoa instead of oatmeal they are higher protein and other good stuff.. and don't get slimmy...

anzac buiscuits... not sure how you make them low sugar... also you can bake sliced apple topped with oatmeal - ie oats - add a little bit of artificialt sugar or the real thing - think apple crumble
