I made it through 2 very difficult crossfit classes this week and I didn't stop to rest during the runs. I am not great at running but I did 5 reps of 400 meters and didn't stop....It felt awesome when I was done

today I ran an 800 meter warm up for cross fit class and made it without stopping, also last half was uphill. I am a PT and work on the road in home care, I pack snacks and have fruit or nuts, grapes work great and then make a sandwich everyday so I don't need to go buy anything. Also water is a big part of my day and helps with avoiding sugary snacks

That when I try on some of my shirts that used to be tight and have to keep pulling down will now look like a short dress..These changes continue to amaze me and how I really didn't see how unhealthy I had become.

My Crossfit class included lots of running today, I had to walk at times but I never gave up and completed the whole class.

I had to laugh the other night , I was at a gathering and someone I haven't seen in months comes up and very loudly asks if I have been sick, I said ya I was sick of being fat. I just wonder what goes through their heads when they ask these questions, this is not someone I would call a friend, just an acquaintance.

I have been taking a 2 week trial for cross fit classes and last night I signed up for a 3 month membership, this is so challenging but also very motivating ....I may be one of the oldest there but I am having fun and getting in better shape
