woke up did a weigh in and scale did not budge, initially I was upset but got dressed, went to Physical Therapy and then to gym. NSV is I didn't give up or eat poorly. I know my body is sore and retaining water and a wooosh should happen soon, had to remind myself this a a marathon not a sprint.

Don't rely on scale only, best thing I did was have monthly measurements so even when scale not moving I do notice a difference in measurements.

Was able to back squat 185 pounds tonight, improved PR by 20 pounds

I have gotten many comments, a few that are interesting was from my best friend stating "don't lose too much" Now I do believe this is because she was the skinny friend and now that has changed as I am much more fit than I have been since we became friends, So I think it comes from my changes makes them look at themselves…
